My Story
My name is Alex Biasutto and I'm the CEO of ARV Everything Real Estate LLC. I got into real estate in 2016 when I purchased my first fix & flip property; my primary residence. The home featured carpet in the kitchen, a pink bathroom and no molding throughout. After moving in and starting the renovation process, I was hooked. Ever since, I've flipped many homes all over South East Michigan with the love for bringing good bones in a home back to life with modern finishes. Today, we help families all over the state get fair cash offers on their houses, assist with finding the next place to call home and even introduce them to lenders, banks, and agents to keep their process as easy as possible, avoiding the common bumps and bruises many home sellers may experience.
